Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE MAGAZINES?
A. PLEASE THINK OF ISSUES AND NOT DAYS OR WEEKS, WE SEND IN THE ORDERS WEEKLY BUT IT TAKES THE PUBLISHERS 2 OR 3 ISSUES TO START NEW MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS, 6 TO 8 ISSUES FOR WEEKLYS AND FOR THE NEW EXPIRATION DATES TO BE REFLECTED ON MAILING LABELS.As an example, if an order is placed in January the first issue would be received in April.
Please do not email us until the end of the third month as we cannot get an answer from the fulfillment house until then. For example, if you order in March the end of the third month would be the end of June. It's really a little more complicated because if you order the 4th week of the month we send the order to the clearing house the first week of the next month. Most have a customer service 800 number which is inside the magazine and also listed with the 800 operator, 800 555 1212. Please try these before you just dash off an email to us, we try to give you the lowest possible prices and it is becoming very difficult because of the volume of email.
Most of the hundreds of publishers use just a handful of "fulfillment houses," businesses that tabulate and process the millions of orders, and perform the actual sorting and mailing. That takes a lot of time. Additionally, most magazines are printed months in advance, and each printing is pre allocated only to the amount of subscribers at the actual time of printing. Thus, an order received in March might actually commence in June or July, as March's issues were already printed back in January. There is little difference in the processing time whether one orders directly through the publisher, or through an agency such as ours. This mandatory delay time makes it imperative that you submit renewals A.S.A.P!
Renewals should be ordered the 7th or 8th month of the subscription to be sure that no issues are missed. Even if you have renewed with us you will receive many renewal notices from the publishers, they have found that many people forget and send them checks anyway.
Q. MAY WE MAIL IN A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER? A. Yes, please complete the order on our web site and then select the "mail in" option during the billing procedure. Make the checks out to Aradco, Inc.
Q. SCHOOLS AND LIBRARIES. DO YOU ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS? A. First place your order on our web site so you are in our system (select the “mail in” option), then email us the order ID# and we will process the order. When you have the PO# fax or email it to us, please be sure you complete the order and the order ID# is on it.We send orders to the fulfillment houses weekly; please remember, magazines and their mailing labels are printed approximately two issues in advance so there is a delay of about two issues from the publishers. Renewals must have the same name and address as the current issues so the clearing houses computers will pick them up.
Q. Hi! I AM SO CONFUSED DO YOU RENEW SUBSCRIPTIONS TO MAGAZINES I DIDN'T INITIALLY SUBSCRIBE TO THROUGH YOUR SITE? A. Yes we do. The fulfillment houses now use computer scanning to pick up renewals. If the name and address are the same as on the current mailing label and there is enough time remaining it will be added to the current subscription by the publisher, if they miss it, it only requires a phone call to their customer service to have it fixed. You will not lose any issues unless the current subscription has run out, please remember issues are printed and labeled two or three months in advance.
Q. WHAT IS THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR A YEARS SUBSCRIPTION? A. There are none, everything is paid by the publishers. There are no other charges.
Q.HI, I WOULD LIKE TO SUBSCRIBE TO A FEW MAGAZINES BUT I LIVE IN IRELAND, SO AM I ABLE TO DO IT? THANKS A. Sorry the publishers will only ship to US Zip Codes
Q. WILL THE MAGAZINES BE THE MOST RECENT ISSUES OR WILL THERE BE OLDER ISSUES DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE? A. All magazines come directly from the publishers at the same time they ship all the others and are new.
Q. DO YOU AUTOMATICALLY RENEW SUBSCRIPTIONS? WHAT IS YOUR POLICY? A. No we do not automatically renew.
Q. I DON'T SEE ANY PRIVACY POLICY LISTED. DO YOU RESELL MY ADDRESS (EMAIL OR HOME)? DO YOU SHARE MY INFORMATION WITH ANY OTHER PARTIES? A. We do not sell or give any info to anyone ever! The publishers do get the name and address , not the email address, of ONLY the person receiving the magazines.
Q. I DO NOT SEE ANYTHING ON YOUR WEBSITE THAT TELLS ME THAT IT IS SECURE. A. When you place orders, we provide the use of a secure server. HTTPS:// The S IS FOR SECURE. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you enter before it is sent to us. And all customer data we receive is protected against unauthorized access. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Q. WE MOVED WILL YOU CHANGE OUR ADDRESS WITH THE PUBLISHERS? A. Please email us the old and the new address. Be sure to have THE POST OFFICE FOWARD THE MAGAZINES UNTIL THE PUBLISHERS CATCH UP. It can be done online at https://moversguide.usps.com/?referral=USPS
Q. THE SHOPPING CART IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY A. Please try again, we are receiving orders all the time, make sure that your browser is set up to accept cookies or our shopping cart will not work. Also your browser must be set to operate with a secure server. If it doesn't work you may fax your orders to the number on the homepage or snail mail it to the address there.

Q. I RECEIVED A BILL IN THE MAIL FROM THE PUBLISHER A. Check it carefully the bill has nothing to do with the order you placed with us. Sometimes the publishers send renewal notices that look like bills. Please call the number on the bill and ask what it is for, they will stop sending them.
Q. WILL YOU GIVE REFUNDS IF WE DON'T LIKE A MAGAZINE? A. Once we process an order we cannot refund money. The suppliers do not refund us, so at our low prices and very small profit we would soon be out of business. Isn't it better to be able to buy at low prices than pay 4 or 5 times as much and be able to receive refunds? If however there is a problem, such as a magazine going out of business,we will gladly give another selection or a refund unless the publisher has arranged for another publication to be sent as a replacement.
Q. IF WE PLACE AN ORDER FOR THE SAME MAGAZINE TWICE WILL WE RECEIVE TWO YEARS? A. No, the publishers will treat it as a duplicate and discard it without telling us. If you want a second year please wait at least a month and then place a renewal.
Q. I PLACED A RENEWAL THROUGH YOUR SERVICE, BUT NOW I AM RECEIVING TWO COPIES OF THE SAME MAGAZINE. A. You will need the mailing label from both issues, call the customer service number from inside the magazine, they will combine the two subscriptions and extend the expiration date to compensate for the duplicate issues. Renewals must have exactly the same name and address AS THE CURRENT MAILING LABEL so they are recognized by the computers, even a small difference can cause a problem.
Q. WE WANT TO SEND MAGAZINES TO A FRIEND WHO IS INCARCERATED, THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH SPACES TO INCLUDE HIS NUMBER AFTER HIS NAME. A. We are limited by the fulfillment houses to the characters per line. 21. Try to abbreviate by using the initial for the first name, FCI for Federal Corr. Institute.
