  • 01. How to place an order?

    We, DISCOUNTmagazines.com, make it easy for you!

    You may use the search box or magazine category to browse through thousands of discount magazines on health, sports, entertainment and cooking, along with magazines for children and teens, all available at lowest authorized prices.

    Select your magazine… Click “Add to Cart”, continuing shopping for each magazine you wish to purchase and click on “Add to Cart”. When you are finished, click “Show Cart”.
    If you have a coupon code, you may apply it in the box and click save. (If you do not have a discount code, before finishing your order, you may email us to receive an extra 10% OFF entire purchase, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

    If you have not registered with us yet, please follow the steps.  After you register once, you will be securely saved in our system.

    If shipping address is different from billing address, please chick on the box to edit.

    Scroll down to confirm purchase.

    You will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided within the hour.


     

  • 02. Do you accept purchase orders?

    Yes...
    First place your order on our website, DISCOUNTmagazines.com, so you are in our system (select the "mail in" option), you will then have an order ID#. When you have the Purchase Order, fax or email it to us, please be sure you complete the order with the billing and mailing addresses. When we receive your Purchase Order, and we verify all address information, we will then invoice your District or accounting department and process your order.

    We will be happy to send our W-9.

    We send orders to the fulfillment houses weekly; please remember, magazines and their mailing labels are printed approximately two issues in advance. Renewals must have the same name and address as the current issues so the clearing houses' computers will pick them up.

  • 03. How long does it take to receive the magazines?

    We send in the orders weekly.

    Depending on the magazine Publisher and frequency of issues, the Publishers’ time frame is…

    Weekly magazines: 4-6 weeks

    Monthly magazines: 6-10 weeks.

    Renewals should be ordered the 7th or 8th month of the subscription to be sure that no issues are missed.

  • 04. Can I Renew my subscriptions with you?

    Yes, please do.

    If the name and address are the same as on the current mailing label, the Publisher will see it as an existing subscription and add it to extend your subscription. But if your subscription is expired and/or about to expire, simply order as a new subscription.

    Please remember issues are printed and labeled two or three months in advance by the Publisher.

  • 05. Do you automatically renew subscriptions?

    No we do not automatically renew. 

    We realize our customers want a choice on their yearly subscription of magazines, so we do not lock you into your magazine subscriptions year to year. 

  • 06. What is the shipping and handling for a years subscription?

    There are none, everything is paid by the publishers. There are no other charges.

  • 07. Do you deliver outside of the U.S.?

    We do not deliver outside the U.S. at this time.

  • 08. We moved...will you change our address with the publishers?

    Yes, of course.  Please email us the old and the new address. We will send your new address to the Publisher/'s.

    Be sure to have the post office forward your magazines to your new address.

  • 09. What is your policy on order cancellations or reunds?

    Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.

    If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we will refund you for any undelivered magazines and cancel your subscription.

  • 10. How do we protect your information?

    All supplied sensitive information is accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Additionally, online sales are processed through Paypal and are therefore secure under Paypal's secure servers. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

    To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

  • 11. If we place an order for the same magazine twice will we receive two years?

    No, the Publishers will treat it as a duplicate and discard it without telling us.

    If you want a second year please wait at least a month and then place a renewal.

  • 12. I renewed my subscription...I am receiving two copies of the same magazine.

    We will be happy to correct this for you.

    Please email us your mailing label from both issues,
    We will contact the Publisher. They will simple combine the 2 subscriptions and extend your expiration date.

    Renewals must have exactly the same name and address as on the current mailing label so they are recognized by the computers, even a small difference can cause a problem.

  • 13. We want to send magazines to a friend who is incarcerated, there are not enough spaces to include his number after his name.

    We are limited by the fulfillment houses to 21 characters per line.

    Try to abbreviate by using the initial for the first name, FCI for Federal Corr. Institute.

  • 14. My question isn't on here, what should I do?
