3. Subscription Terms

Unless you explicitly select or enroll in an automatic renewal option, subscriptions purchased through DiscountMagazines.com are for a fixed term and will not automatically renew.

The subscription term shown at the time of purchase represents the duration of the subscription rather than a guarantee of a particular number of issues unless a specific number of issues is expressly stated.

Publication frequency may vary and may be changed by the publisher.

4. Automatic Renewal

Certain subscriptions may offer an optional automatic renewal feature.

A subscription will only be enrolled in automatic renewal when you explicitly select or agree to the automatic renewal option.

If you enroll a subscription in automatic renewal, the applicable renewal terms, including the renewal frequency and applicable charges, will be disclosed in connection with the automatic renewal offer or checkout process.

By selecting automatic renewal, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for applicable renewal charges in accordance with the disclosures presented when you enroll.

Canceling automatic renewal prevents future automatic renewal charges but does not ordinarily terminate the subscription term that has already been purchased and paid for.

When ordering a renewal, you should provide subscriber information that matches the information associated with your existing subscription as closely as possible, including the subscriber's name and delivery address.

The publisher is responsible for matching renewal orders with existing subscriber records. Processing times may vary by publisher.

In some circumstances, differences in subscriber information may result in a publisher creating a separate subscription rather than extending an existing subscription. If you believe this has occurred, please contact us so that we can assist in attempting to resolve the issue with the publisher or fulfillment provider.

6. Order Processing

After you submit an order, you may receive an electronic order confirmation. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

Orders may require processing by DiscountMagazines.com, a fulfillment provider, and the applicable magazine publisher before a subscription becomes active.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or refund an order, in whole or in part, for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

• Pricing errors
• Product description errors
• Publication availability
• Publisher restrictions
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Payment authorization problems
• Duplicate orders

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

7. Pricing

This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

Publications that publish fewer issues per year may take longer to begin because the start date depends on the publisher's production and mailing schedule.

Delivery times may also be affected by:

• The date the publisher processes the subscription
• Postal service delays
• Publisher processing delays
• Address errors or changes
• Publication frequency
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Once an order has been transmitted to a publisher or fulfillment provider, the publisher or fulfillment provider is generally responsible for activating and fulfilling the subscription.

10. Digital Subscriptions

Digital subscriptions may be delivered or made accessible differently from print subscriptions.

Depending on the publication, digital access may be provided directly by the publisher and may require you to create or activate an account with the publisher or use the publisher's website, application, or other digital service.

Digital access requirements, supported devices, applications, features, and availability are determined by the applicable publisher and may change over time.

DiscountMagazines.com is not responsible for the availability or operation of a publisher's independent website, application, or digital platform.

11. Print and Digital Combination Subscriptions

Subscriptions that include both print and digital access may have separate activation processes and delivery schedules.

Receipt of a print issue does not necessarily mean that digital access has been activated, and activation of digital access does not necessarily indicate that the first print issue has been mailed.

Publisher-specific requirements may apply to digital activation.

12. Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If your mailing address changes during your subscription, please notify us as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for issues delivered to an old or incorrect address before an address change has been processed by the publisher.

13. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds Within 30 Days

If you request cancellation within 30 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the applicable subscription purchase price.

Refunds After 30 Days

If you request cancellation more than 30 days after your purchase, your refund will be prorated based on the remaining time in the applicable subscription term.

The prorated refund will reflect the unused portion of the subscription term, subject to any applicable adjustments required to account for the subscription status or publisher processing.

14. Publication Frequency Changes

Magazine publishers may change how frequently a magazine is published.

If a publisher changes a magazine's publication frequency, the subscription will continue according to the publisher's new publication schedule for the remainder of the subscription term purchased.

A change in publication frequency does not automatically entitle the subscriber to a refund, extension, or other adjustment, provided the publisher continues to fulfill the subscription for the purchased subscription term.

15. Discontinued Publications

Magazine publishers may discontinue a publication, cease operations, combine publications, or otherwise make changes that prevent a subscription from continuing as originally offered.

If a magazine stops publishing, DiscountMagazines.com will generally follow the applicable publisher's instructions or resolution for affected subscriptions.

Depending on the circumstances and the publisher's policies, the resolution may include:

• A prorated refund for the remaining subscription term
• Transfer of the remaining subscription term to another publication
• A substitute publication
• Another remedy offered or authorized by the publisher

The appropriate resolution may vary depending on the publisher and circumstances.

16. Publisher Changes

Publishers control their publications and may make changes without our approval or advance notice.

Such changes may include:
